Venue – Ballarat Grammar – Weather permitting the lower pavilion. Enter via Gate D, meet around the oval and paved area to the west of the pavilion.

Food – Children will all be provided with a voucher for the food van for their dinner. Adults and non-athletes we will be asking you to buy your own food from the food van. We have invited Opa Greek Food to come and supply Greek Souvlaki and Gyros, we will be subsidising the cost of the athletes. Children will need to register and upon registering with us they will get a ticket to present at the food truck. The food van has eftpos.

We will also have soft drink cans & Water available for the kids.

In the event of bad weather – we will be using the indoor Basketball court (Rintel centre) which is 50m west of the lower pavilion. If we are in there then No food is able to be consumed inside the venue, and we will have to remove our shoes.

We will start the presentations at 6:15 sharp, and get through everything as fast as we can so that you can all get home early.

The food truck will be open from 5:30pm so for those that want to eat before they can come earlier, and for those that want to eat after he will still be there when you leave. You are able to eat outside during the presentations if the weather is okay.
